Bodysgallen Hall Intimate Wedding

Earlier this afternoon I photographed the most beautiful, intimate wedding at Bodysgallen Hall, Llandudno. Legally, it couldn’t have been any smaller! Just Heidi & Oliver, plus two members of hotel staff as witnesses.

Heidi got in touch about a month ago when they planned to get married at Caer Rhun Hall. However, unfortunately Caer Rhun went into administration before they could complete their vows! I recommended Bodysgallen Hall as I had photographed another small intimate wedding there a few years ago.

Bodysgallen Hall is a 17th Century country house with loads of character. Set in over 200 acres of wooded parkland and beautiful formal gardens.

Once they’d secured their venue, we met up for drinks and to talk through wedding plans. It was all really laid back and relaxed, they had decided to keep everything as simple as possible.

The ceremony was short and sweet, but surprisingly exciting! After their ceremony we headed out into the wind and sunshine (my favourite sort of weather) for a wander around the gardens…

Congratulations Heidi & Oliver!
