I took a little trip to Bodysgallen Hall between Christmas & New Year, luckily after most of the flood waters had subsided. I was meeting Laura & Geraint for the first time before I photograph their wedding later this month. Normally, I’ve met the couple at least once before the big day. However, I haven’t had chance to meet them as up until recently they were living in Australia. Which makes them the second couple from Australia to get married in North Wales in the last 10 months or so. Well, that I’ll have photographed at least – perhaps there’s a gap in the market?
Anyway, I had a great time chatting to these two and having a wander around Bodysgallen Hall. It’s such a beautiful building with stunning views and grounds, plus it stayed dry! I don’t want to give too much away as it’s only a couple of weeks until their wedding. So, stay tuned for photos of their informal, intimate Bodysgallen Hall wedding… I’m really excited!
